1. Cancellation Policy:


  • Customers in case would want to cancel their order prior to dispatch, then they can cancel the order via email to hello@barkatbazaar.com with Order No & Reason for Cancellation.
  • If Canceled after dispatch, the courier will return order back to origin & refund shall be processed after receipt of order.
  • Any deficiency if due to mishandling of product by customers after receiving of Order, will be borne by customer only.
  • After receiving back the product, money will be refunded within 7-10 Business days to the Account details provided.



We  want you to have a very smooth and delightful experience not only while shopping but also while requesting for any replacements or refunds if the need arises.
Thus we have a very clear and customer friendly Return Policy.


Following 2 conditions are mandatory for returning a product:

  • 1. The product being returned should have all the tags & Invoice INTACT and should NOT be in a used condition. Our team will check the returned product before approving the reimbursement.
  • 2. The Return Request must be raised WITHIN 10 DAYS from the date of delivery. No return request shall be entertained after the return window period.

Important Note - Certain products like Wellness, Jewelry, Unstitched Dress Materials & Running Fabrics are termed as consumables due to the Nature of the products and are Not covered under the Return Policy. Orders for these products can only be returned / replaced in case of wrong or damaged order received and notified immediately on receiving the order with clear images.


The Return Policy holds for following 3 conditions:


1. I have received Wrong/Defective product. How do I return it and get the correct product?

  • A very rare situation but if we send you a wrong or a defective product, we will replace it free of cost and we will also bear all shipping costs.

  • Just send us an email at hello@BarkatBazaar.com with subject 'Replace-Order ID' and a return pickup will be arranged for the earliest. Please mention your ORDER ID / Invoice No. in the email.

  • Our team will check the returned product and if it meets the above 2 requirements, we will send you the correct product or arrange for refund as mutually agreed upon between customer and seller.


2. The size does not fit me well. Can I get it replaced with a different size or product?

  • Yes! Just send us an email at hello@BarkatBazaar.com with subject 'Size-Order ID' and we will arrange for return pickup at the earliest.

  • Please mention your Order ID. We will send you the replacement as soon as we get your courier.

  • In this case, the company/seller will bear all shipping costs as agreed upon.


3. I did not like the quality of the product. I want my money back. 

  • We strive to maintain very high quality of all our products and we have very high customer satisfaction rate. However, if you are still not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can return the product and get a refund, subjected return is requested within the return window.

  • Just send us an email with Subject 'Refund- Order ID' to hello@BarkatBazaar.com and we will arrange for a return courier at the earliest. Please mention your Order ID. Our team will check if the product is unused and has all labels intact.

  • Your money will be refunded to you within 7-10 Business days to the Account details provided.

  • In case of COD orders, Rs 50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • In this case, all Shipping costs shall be borne by the seller/company.

1. Keep this Invoice incase of Return/Refund/Exchange. Kindly check policy for details

2. Block printed products are often dyed with Natural colors and tend to fade in sunlight. Handle with care

3. Follow wash cares as instructed. Hand wash/ Machine wash separately and preferably dry-clean for first wash

4. Handcrafted products often come with minor inconsistencies which are part of natural process, not to be treated as defects

5. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction
